We strive to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. However, due to health and safety regulations, we must adhere to strict policies:
Health & Safety Policy
In accordance with World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines for preventing cross-contamination and disease transmission, especially after COVID-19 pandemic, all sales are final. This policy ensures the safety of all our customers.
Shipping, Returns & Restocking

Lost, Damaged, or Confiscated Packages:
CPAP Store Dubai is not responsible for lost, damaged, or confiscated packages by the shipping carrier and will not issue refunds in such cases. -
Returned Packages (Refused, Unclaimed, or Customs Issues):
Packages returned due to refusal, unclaimed delivery, or unpaid customs duties (for international orders) are subject to a 35% restocking fee. -
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment number or use of non-Latin characters), the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Fraud & Order Hold Policy
Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be held for verification due to potential fraud risk. In such cases, we may request additional verification, such as a valid photo ID.
CPAP Store Dubai reserves the right to cancel or modify any high-risk orders to protect our customers and ensure fair and safe service for all.
Manufacturer Warranty
All new CPAP and BiPAP machines, as well as oxygen concentrators, are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If your device malfunctions:

Contact the manufacturer directly.

Provide the serial number located on your unit.

All warranty and repair decisions are made solely by the manufacturer.
Please note: Manufacturer warranties do not cover misuse or water damage.
CPAP sanitizers are not covered under warranty — all sales are final.
