1. Health & Safety Policy (Final Sale Items)
Because we sell medical devices intended for respiratory therapy, all products listed below are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance once opened, unsealed, or delivered to the end user:

Oxygen concentrators
-
Nebulizers
-
CPAP/BiPAP masks, cushions, headgear, and nasal pillows

Filters, tubing, humidifier chambers, and water tanks

Cleaning devices, disinfecting units, and ozone-related accessories
-
All respiratory consumables and hygiene-related items
These items cannot legally be restocked, sanitized, or redistributed after delivery or any degree of exposure.
2. Regulatory Compliance (UAE Consumer Protection Law, MOHAP & DHA)
CPAP Store Dubai strictly adheres to:

Under UAE Consumer Protection Law, products related to health, hygiene, or direct patient contact are exempt from mandatory return or exchange requirements because they cannot be safely resold.
MOHAP and DHA further classify respiratory medical devices such as CPAP/BiPAP machines, oxygen equipment, masks, tubing, and humidifier chambers as patient-contact devices, which cannot be reintroduced into the supply chain once opened or delivered.
For these reasons, all respiratory medical products sold by CPAP Store Dubai are final sale.
3. Shipping, Returns & Restocking
To maintain transparency, please review the following policies:
A. Lost, Damaged, or Confiscated Shipments
CPAP Store Dubai is not responsible for:

Lost or delayed shipments

Packages confiscated by customs

Items damaged in transit

Refunds cannot be issued for these cases.
B. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments / Customs Returns
If a package is refused by the customer, unclaimed, or returned by customs for any reason, the customer is responsible for:

A 35% restocking fee

Outbound and inbound shipping fees

Any customs or handling charges

C. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
If a package is returned due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee will apply.
4. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To protect our customers and our business:

Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may require manual verification.

We may request a government-issued ID or additional documentation.
