Health & Safety Policy
To protect our customers and comply with national health standards, all sales are final on the following medical and respiratory items:
- CPAP and BiPAP machines
- Oxygen concentrators
- Masks, cushions, headgear, and nasal pillows
- Filters, tubing, humidifiers, disinfecting units, and accessories
This policy aligns with the following regulatory frameworks:
- MOHAP (Ministry of Health and Prevention) medical device handling protocols
- Dubai Health Authority (DHA) infection control guidelines
- UAE Consumer Protection Law – Cabinet Resolution No. (66) of 2023
- World Health Organization (WHO) global hygiene and anti-contamination standards
Per these regulations, once a medical device or accessory is opened, used, or delivered to the end user, it may not be returned, restocked, or redistributed under any circumstance.
Shipping, Returns & Restocking
- Lost, damaged, or confiscated packages: CPAP Store Dubai is not responsible for items lost in transit or seized by customs. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
- Refused, unclaimed, or customs-returned shipments: These are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus return shipping fee.
- Incorrect address issues: Packages returned due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping information will incur a reshipping charge.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be flagged for manual verification. We may request a government-issued ID or other verification before fulfilling the order. CPAP Store Dubai reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse.
Manufacturer Warranty
All CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen concentrators are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If your unit is defective:
- Contact the manufacturer directly
- Provide your device serial number
Note: Warranties do not cover damage due to water, misuse, cosmetic issues, or unauthorised repairs. CPAP sanitizers and ozone-based products are not covered and are final sale only.
