These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.cpapstoredubai.com and your purchases made online through CPAP Store Dubai. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

CPAP Store Dubai is a UAE-based medical equipment retailer. We provide CPAP and BiPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, and accessories to individuals and clinics across the UAE and GCC.

3. Prescription Medical Devices
Certain products may require a valid medical prescription in accordance with UAE MOHAP guidelines or product classification under international standards (e.g. FDA or CE certification).
You agree that:

You are prepared to submit a valid prescription if required for items like CPAP/BiPAP machines or oxygen concentrators.
We reserve the right to request documentation or cancel orders that appear non-compliant.
4. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, and photos. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of applicable VAT.
5. Shipping & Fulfilment Location
While CPAP Store Dubai is locally based, most products are shipped directly from our fulfilment centre in the United States. This may impact:

Delivery times (7–14 business days depending on customs)

Import clearance and potential customs duties or VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer
All international shipments are handled by tracked couriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL). Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Order Acceptance & Payment
All orders are subject to review and acceptance. You will receive an order confirmation email, but that does not confirm acceptance.
Payment must be completed at checkout via our secure gateway. We accept major credit cards and select regional providers.
We reserve the right to:

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of medical equipment, all sales are final on opened respiratory products. This policy is in line with public health and hygiene standards and complies with World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines.
We may consider returns only if:

The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

The item is not custom-ordered or part of a special clearance sale
Approved returns are subject to:

Unauthorized returns will be rejected or returned at the customer’s expense.
8. Warranty & Product Defects
All machines come with manufacturer warranties (typically 1–2 years). In the event of a product defect:

9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading health claims, reviews, or identity information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, CPAP Store Dubai shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Health outcomes resulting from product misuse or unsupervised therapy

Delays, losses, or customs issues associated with international shipping
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in dispute.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
We respect your privacy and strive to comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Your data may be stored securely in the UAE or abroad (including the U.S.), with appropriate safeguards in place.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
