1. Manufacturer Warranty Only

All respiratory machines purchased through CPAP Store Dubai—including CPAP machines, BiPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, and nebulizers come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Important: All warranty claims, evaluations, and final decisions are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer, not CPAP Store Dubai.

2. What the Manufacturer Warranty Covers

The manufacturer warranty typically covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Internal malfunctions not caused by the user

  • Issues occurring within the manufacturer’s stated warranty period

3. What the Manufacturer Warranty Does Not Cover

Manufacturers generally do not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Water ingress or moisture exposure

  • Improper cleaning or storage

  • Unauthorized repairs, servicing, or opening the device

  • Use of ozone-based cleaning machines (e.g., SoClean)

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

  • Consumable parts (filters, tubing, masks, cushions, humidifier chambers)

4. CPAP Store Dubai & CPAP Medical Equipment Rental LLC Do Not Repair Devices

To comply with UAE healthcare regulations and avoid voiding warranties:

  • CPAP Store Dubai does not repair, diagnose, service, or open machines.

  • We do not file or process warranty claims on behalf of customers.

  • All warranty inspections must be performed directly by the manufacturer or an authorized service center.

5. Customer Responsibility for Warranty Shipping

All shipping costs related to the warranty process—both to and from the manufacturer—are the sole responsibility of the customer.

CPAP Store Dubai does not cover:

  • Shipping or courier fees

  • Customs or VAT charges

  • Handling, packaging, or return fees

6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact the manufacturer directly and provide:

  • Device serial number

  • Proof of purchase (invoice)

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or videos, if requested
